2. Scope of Services

Dripfy provides digital tools for patient account management, appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, health data management, communication with healthcare professionals, payment and invoice workflows, optional connected-device features, and related support.

3. Medical Services and Clinical Responsibility

The app supports Dripfy services but does not replace professional medical judgment. Treatments and clinical recommendations are provided only by qualified healthcare professionals. App content, biomarker summaries, wellness insights, and automated outputs are informational unless reviewed and confirmed by a treating professional.

The app must not be used for emergencies. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, contact, and health information.
• Keep credentials confidential and use strong authentication where available.
• Do not access another person's account or health information without authorization.
• Report suspected unauthorized access to support@dripfy.app.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, falsify medical or billing information, scrape data, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

6. Health Data and Consent

Use of certain features may require consent to process health data, wearable data, video consultation data, or other special-category information. You may withdraw optional consents according to the app workflow or by contacting Dripfy. Withdrawal may limit access to the related optional feature.

7. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Where paid services are available, fees, subscriptions, cancellation windows, refunds, and appointment policies are shown during booking, checkout, or in the patient portal. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, website, content, design, trademarks, software, and related materials are owned by DRIPFY UK LTD or its licensors. You may use them only as needed for personal or authorized professional use of the service.

9. Availability and Changes

Dripfy may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service development. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

10. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Dripfy Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your place of residence.
